New research shows how cities can harness wind power

2018 CIC R. S. Jane Memorial Award

Kudos to Polytechnique Montréal Professor Jamal Chaouki, FCAE, who has won the 2018 Chemical Institute of Canada R. S. Jane Memorial Award.  It is presented to a person, who, while residing in Canada has made an exceptional achievement to the field of chemical engineering or industrial chemistry.

Canadian Geotechnical Society’s R.F. Legget Medal

Kudos to Dr. Michel Aubertin, FCAE, who has won the Canadian Geotechnical Society’s R.F. Legget Medal, for his outstanding contributions to the development of Canada in the field of mining.
