The conference and gala dinner will be held at the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald (10065 100 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 0N6).
A room block with special rates has been negotiated at the Fairmont:
- Nightly rate of $289 plus applicable taxes and fees
- Discounted rates are available until May 8, 2026, or until the room block is sold out (whichever comes first)
- Reservation can be made online at this link
Conference registration fees are fully refundable until March 2, 2026.
